Tablet in landscape format written in the Neo- or Late Babylonian ductus consisting of two fragments that have been reattached. The lower part of the obverse and the upper left corner are broken off, as well as the upper part of the reverse. The reverse is almost entirely lost. On the reverse the tablet is blackened and there is a trace of a tool used during excavation in the broken part.
