Created a separate artifact record for BM 103141b as part of the Reid/Wagensonner OECT 16 Kish letters audit. Added the OECT 16 primary reference no. 198, B-specific ARCHIBAB and eBL references, and shared BM catalogue, accession, and external-reference data. The A/B distinction follows OECT 16, ARCHIBAB, and eBL, while the British Museum retains a single catalogue entry.
