Created a separate artifact record for BM 103142b as part of the Reid/Wagensonner OECT 16 Kish letters audit. Added the OECT 16 primary reference no. 125, B-specific eBL and ARCHIBAB references, and shared BM catalogue and accession data. The A/B distinction follows OECT 16, ARCHIBAB, and eBL, while the British Museum retains a single combined entry.
