Middle part fragment from the reverse a large library tablet with a literary text. The lines begin with the sign DIŠ, which could be an omen text with terrestrial or celestial omens, or (less likely) a medical text. The last two lines in the fourth column could be the colophon; here the gods Nanāya and Šamaš are mentioned, the name Nabû-aḫu-iddin occurs in the last line.
