2. ma-da e-mu-ut-ba-lum# ugnim# esz3-nun-na i3-si-in{ki} ka-zal-lu e-ne-bi-ta-gin7
en: the (forces of) the land of Emutbalum, the armies of Eshnunna, Isin and Kazallu, as if all together (with him),
3. unu{ki}-sze3 me3-a in-szi-sug2-esz-am3#
en: having presented themselves at Uruk for war,
4. gar3#-dar# erin2-na-bi# mi-ni-in-gar-ra
en: inflicted a defeat upon their troops.
5. nig2-ul-du3-a-ta# unu{ki} sahar-ra la-ba-dub#?-ab#?-ba
en: Since time immemorial Uruk had never experienced (such) a dust storm (raised by a foreign army),
6. sahar ba-dub?-ba-a-ba mi#-ni#-in#-szar2#-szar2-re
en: but after the dust storm settled, he slaughtered (all of them)
7. nam-a2-gal2-la-a-ni kalam-ma mi#-ni-in#-ri#-a
en: and by his power ejected (them all) from the homeland.
